The SU scallop punch! I haven't put that thing down since I got it. I use it together with circle punches for monograms or mini-sentiments, as well as the stamps designed to go with it. Makes cute flowers for cupcake picks too!
I use my Tonic guillotine cutter on almost every project. My Big Kick gets a lot of use, too.
Probably the tool that has surprised me is the Crop-A-Dile. I use it quite a bit & love it (I kind of thought I might not use it too much).
Lately I've become a big sticker fan. I never used them at all in the past. Now I use them all the time. I buy them everytime Hobby Lobby has a sale!!

Uh-oh .... I don't want to use up too much space, so I'll limit myself. ;)
Stamp-a-ma-jig ... years after "discovering" it .. I STILL love it!! I've sold it to ladies that I never dreamed would "give in" to this tool. Fabulous tool for "picky" people!
ATG Adhesive Gun ... can't create without it.
Cuttlebug ... My friend, Val, first mentioned this item to me a couple or more years ago. I LOVE this tool ... I use it a minimumof 'weekly'!!
SU's Acrylic Graph & Grid (ruler) Love it so much that I own 2 ... I "require" one of them at my Carl Cutter. ;)
Scor-Pal ... I literally 'swear' by this scoring tool! What a dream come true!!
Prismacolor Pencils, Cuttlebug, ScorPal, Versa Mark pad, Clear EP....I don't think I've made a card that doesn't use one or more of these!

Fun thread! Besides the basic must haves (great adhesive, cutterbee scissors are a must, mat pack, SAMJ) I couldn't live without my Signo gel pen and blender pens now. I love the blender pens with any and all colouring mediums, and the gel pen makes it onto almost every card I create. That hint of white never fails to add "pop".
My table top paper cutter and my scor-pal. They are in constant use. And because the paper cutter is so portable, it is so handy at my club meetings as well.

the best purchase I ever made is my Japanese Screw Punch, which I got at Bonnie's Best Art Tools. The bits are interchangeable and you can place brads, eyelets, holes anywhere.

What a fun thread! I guess the tools I reach for all the time are:
My paper trimmer
Scoring tools (Score-it Board and Scorpal)
Cutterbee scissors
Revolution and Cuttlebug
Nestabilities
Anywhere hole punches and Crop-o-dile
x-acto knife and self-healing cutting mat
All my colouring tools (Copics, pencil crayons, etc....)
Cricut
Cuttlebug (and embossing folders)
Xyron sticker maker machine
ribbon, ribbon, ribbon
paper cutter
Mono multi (FINALLY found an adhesive I like!!)
my list is
ATG gun
Stickles
Cricut (even though i wish i didnt have it because now i "need" to do all my scrapbooking titles on it and it was broken for a month so i havent gotten any scrapbooking done.)
SAMJ
Dimensionals
Versamark
SU! wooden stamps, Fancy Pants acrylic stamps & Autumn Leaves journaling stamps (and of course the acrylic block)
SU! mat pack & paper piercer
RIBBONS!!!
Dotto adhesive (I want an ATG gun super bad...did you guys find a good deal on it somewhere?)
White Uniball pen from SU! (I have never found a white pen that shows up like this one does!!!
I have a Cricut and a Cuttlebug but since I've become an SU! demo I use them less than I did before...haven't scrapbooked for a while but that is my own fault!
I can't live without my Cricut and my Cricut Design Studio, ATG, Watercolor Wonder Crayons, AquaPainter, SU paper and ink, STAMPS (SU, Clear Dollar, PaperTrey ....), and VersaMark.
Have to say my Itty Bitty background - tiny speckles stamp. Was one of the first little sets I bought & I use it so much, it's the only stamp I have that the rubber has turned black from use & abuse. Its perfect for edging or filling in where there's glaring gaps. I usually use vanilla or white CS inside darker cards & almost always speckle around the edge of that so it doesn't look so stark.
