Question Tonic paper cutter

I need a new paper cutter and I finally found the 12" Tonic one at my LSS. It is over priced at $70 but unless I want to buy online (which I'm having a hard time finding one to ship to Canada anyway) I think it's my best bet.

My question is, does it cut nice and straight crisp lines? No crooked, frayed edges? My Carl cutter is driving me nuts and I just don't want the same problems.

Thanks!

I purchased a 12 inch Tonic paper cutter in December. It was the best paper cutter purchase I've made. It cuts straight lines, no fraying or rough edges. I highly recommend the cutter.

I bought myself on for Christmas. I love it!
If you have an Archivers in your area they are $50, plus there is a 30% off coupon you can use with it right now.

Tonic is the best! I could never cut anything straight with a rotary cutter.

Default Tonic Cutters

I have almost every cutter they make plus scissors and love them all. There is a purple cow one I think that is the name but I don't know much about it. I love my tonics!

I got it, I got it!! I managed to find a coupon for that store and got 20% off so it was only about $60 with the tax. I ripped it out of the box and tried it... and my cardstock was frayed! But then I read the box and realized I wasn't holding the grip thingies. I tried it again and it was perfect! Thanks for enabling me!!!:p
