Is there anywhere to buy tear tape in bulk? I have never bought it so not sure if there is a certain brand I need or what. Lol I usually buy the red tape but am looking for something easier to handle. Thanks for the help!
Scor-Tape can be purchased directly from scor-pal.com or tons of on-line vendors. Scor-Tape also runs specials; if you get on their mailing list you’ll be notified. It’s sold in a large variety of widths and full sheets. I keep 1/8th, 1/4th, 3/8th and 1/2 in my stash, plus a few sheets.
I find it much easier to handle than red tape, and Scor-Tape is what my three LSS’s have carried - two now, since one is out of business. Just used it today in a card class.
Note that their website is scor-pal.com not scor-tape. The owner is really nice. Link to the tapes:
Scrapbook Pal has multiple brands and types of double sided tape. Their prices are very good and they have free shipping with a $24 purchase. I have always had wonderful service!
I was going to mention that Scrapbook.com has some exclusive tapes - they look the same as the Scor-tapes on the rolls, but I found them thinner and harder to work with - the tape pulls away from the liner too easily.
I use XPress-It tape; works just as well as Scor-Tape, but is cheaper. Plus the 1/4" and the 1/2" each have 55 yards of tape, double the amount on the Scor-Tape rolls, for the same price or less. Make sure you're getting the hi-tack for a really strong hold. I get mine from Rusty at www.oozak.com

The shop from California Scrapbookingmadesimple.com has longer rolls of tape for a good price. It comes in many widths and ships free with a $50.00 order except for the the 2 largest width rolls then there is shipping on those two sizes. She has many of her own dies also along with many other company products. Her videos are on You Tube and very informative and helpful!

I have some XPress-It, and like sheets for some applications, but had a couple minor issues with the skinnier tapes so stuck (ha) with Scor-Tape after that.
