Default suggestions for a good printer

Hi everyone, I am looking for suggestions for a good printer that will scan and print photos. Thanks for your input

Our household has a couple different 3-in-1 printer devices - if I had to make a suggestion, I'd probably suggest the Lexmark brand over Dell. My Dell printer drives me nuts, telling me it's time to replace the cartridge *long* before it is even close to empty. It's black and you can't see inside but I started ignoring the warnings and now realize that the first couple of times I replaced them needlessly.

Another thought - do a google search for product comparisons? Or maybe look at Consumer Reports.

Hope that helps.

Another vote for Lexmark! We had an HP actually hated all our computers and it actually somehow made one of them crash.

Our Lexmark work great and we love it!
