Terrifically Tacky Tape by Art Accentz/Provo Craft is the same think (and often cheaper).

You can buy it at Michael's, JoAnn's, and most scrapbooking stores. Like the previous poster said, it's not exactly the same named products as the SU catalog, but it's the same product under a different name. KWIM? Hope this helps!
