I bought a StazOn pad after learning about it on this site. I read about special cleanup solvent after the purchase and now cannot buy that anywhere locally. I know I can go on the net but it would probably cost more to ship it than the cost of the cleaner. Can you clean up with anything else that is more readily available?
I use Dawn Power Dissolver found in the dish soap aisle at your local discount/grocery store. I spray it on a scrub pad and it cleans off the StazOn wonderfully. I then condition/clean my stamp with SU mist on my regular scrub pad. This removes the cleaning film and keeps the rubber soft. I love this product because it's easy to find and a bottle lasts a long time.

I use Stazon all purpose cleaner or Ultra Clean. You can get the Stazon cleaner at Archievers or Joann's on line. The ultra clean I purchased at Archievers but you can get it from Papertrey or www.allthatscraps.com.
Personally I like the Ultra clean the best, works on clear and rubber stamps:p
I too have noticed that Joanns and Micheals do not carry this anymore. Have you tried Simple Green? It's available in many discount stores, though usually in the car aisle. As a bonus, it's good for household cleaning too.

My Michaels still has the StazOn cleaner. It is on a bottom shelf so you have to look for it. But it is next to the inkpads in my store.
Many LSS's also carry the StazOn cleaner.
