Default Sizzix Classic Die Storage

Ok ladies, I'm trying to consolidate some of my "collection" down a bit. I have 16 towers of classic Sizzix dies. I thought about selling some on The Bay, but I just can't part with them (I'm a diehard Sizzix fan and even prefer it over my Cricut.. I just wish I had more designs )

I invested a lot of money in those towers, but they are hard to store and keep track of. I'm thinking of taking them out and just shelving all my sizzix dies. But what to do with those towers?

I could *bay them. Can you think of any other creative storage ideas for these things ? What else can you think of that might fit in them... not much that i can think of...

Would ink pads or ink spots fit in them? I can't even remember - it's been so long since I've seen one in person.

I went to Walmart and got the new snap top sterilite shoe boxes. They are the frost clear ones and the snap part is kind of a light green. They cost $1.88 each at our Walmart. The dies fit perfectly and you can get about 12 I think in them. I have about 8 of those towers myself and I am converting to the shoe boxes. I invested a ton of money in the sizzix dies too. Now they are classics!!

I put mine in a set of childrens toy bins the kind that have several bins on three different levels. I picked them up at a second hand store and they have worked out great for my dies.
