Default Shaped eyelet punch template ????

Somewhere I read and saw these templates that were small stars, circles, squares and rectangles with holes in them to help you do your placement. They were not a SCRAPBOOK item and somebody said something about picking them up at Michael's. They were perfect, I wish I would of paid better attention to them when I saw them. But the holes are spaced perfectly for place eyelets or piercing. Also, they weren't from like a Stampin Up or anything. I'm thinking Michael's....not Ornare either.

Any help where to look?

Sheila

Oriental Trading has them. Try this link, but if that's not what you're looking for, they have a couple of other options if you do a search.

Let me know if you get them and what you think of them. I've thought about trying them out, but I haven't decided. I've also thought that maybe I could do about the same thing with my punch & stitch templates, but I'd probably have to skip every other hole for the spacing to be right...

Hope this helps!

Maybe it was THESE? They are definitely cheap, and I think they come in the shapes you described. I got a round one and a big rectangle at walmart (they were near the yarn).

I bought the ones from Oriental Trading and they were to large...very large holes. I got my money back. I actually found the blog that had them. This is what they look like.

They should be with the plastic canvas supplies, my Grandmother used to do a lot of it.

Ya those are plastic canvas that you can get in the sewing department (where you find the dmc floss) at like Mikes, Walmart, etc.

I found them at Hobby Lobby by the yarn.

Gina K also has them here.

The ones you're looking for (looked at your image) can be purchased at Walmart, Michael's and Hobby Lobby, for sure. I don't know about Joann's. You can usually find them in the kids craft sections or in yarn . They're made for yarn, to look like needlepoint. They're only a couple of bucks.
