Default Rosette die in Cuttlebug?

Can I use the new Tim Holtz rosette die in my Cuttlebug- and if so, do I need some different plates to use with it? TIA for any help-

I am not familiar with that particular die, but I do own a Bug, so I'm interested in this question too.

Yes and it works best with the long CB plates.

Two long CB B plates only. I tried the regular plates first and they were too small even when placed on the diagonal. 12 inch papers only too are needed. Pity about this but the end results are nice. Hth.

Thanks so much- I didn't realize there were long plates for the Bug. Anybody know where I can buy them?

I saw some on Amazon (being sold by another company but orderable from amazon). They call them the Cuttlebug Adapter Mat C and they're long. I guess we finally know why the old C mats couldn't be found in stores forever - they were re-doing them and making them longer but kept calling them the C mat. I'm sure they're available elsewhere, but just happened to be on amazon looking for something else.

Default long cuttlebug plates

Joanns online has the long cuttlebug plates on sale this week. You can get a 2 pack of the B plates for 11.99.

I got my B plates from Joann.com. The A & C I ordered from Provocraft when they were on sale for $14.95 each.

I couldn't find anywhere that had all of them at one place.

Do I also need the adapter plate and the spacer plate? Are those required with the longer B plates too? TIA.

Only Bs are needed for the rosette die. But thinner dies and the long embossing folders need the others for the proper sandwich.

Is there a way to use the Tim Holtz Rosette die with the cuttlebug using the regular length plates and not having to buy the longer plates. Can you do half, reposition and do the other half. Has anyone tried this and if so what was your sandwich you used.
