You can also trick your printer into taking water color paper by sticking it to a piece of plain copy paper. Just leave a little bit of the edge of the paper for the printer to grab. I do this all the time and never get jams.

I’ve no idea what printer would be best but make sure it doesn’t flip the paper over inside the printer. Some do and they won’t take thicker papers. Usually if a printer cannot print double sided (automatically), it doesn’t have a flip feed.
I have a Canon Pixma, and it prints double-sided, flips the paper over, and handles heavier cardstock pretty well. If I feed the cardstock one sheet at a time, it works better, but I can print multiples if I make sure that the papers are flat and evenly stacked.
