Default PRINTING ON CARDSTOCK

Can anyone recommend a good quality printer that prints on cardstock? Will it take 65# and/or 110# without jamming? I make greeting cards and often need to print a sentiment on the card, which is made with at least a 65# cardstock. I appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks so much!

I don't have one specifically to recommend (I think mine is discontinued) but if nothing else, look for one with a rear feed tray or other feed tray that allows the paper to go straight through the printer, as opposed to having to roll it around (as is the case in most printers that have a bottom tray).

I use the Brother laservthat Jennifer McGuire recommends. It has a staight thru feed for cardstock. I use 110 lb with no problems. It was less than 100.00 via a web search.

I have a HP Photosmart 7520 that has a front feed and I've not had any problems even with 110 lb CS. This is an all-in-one printer as well. It is a wireless printer and I even downloaded an app on my cell phone for printing.

I get a better ink saturation and a crisper image if I choose "matte cardstock" instead of plain paper when printing. (I also use this setting for printing labels.)

I like my printer because it has separate ink cartridges for each color.

I like my printer very much (I've had it two years), but I must admit, my next printer will be able to print 12" cardstock!
