Ok, so I have seen so much with the prima flowers, that I am thinking of buying some. Does anyone have a thought as to what the cost should look like, I have seen lots being sold on the "auction" site and I have read many threads on here and I am wondering are there any suggestion on this subject.

I bought some about a month ago and they were $11.99 for a "paint can" full...however mine has different sizes! I am from Michigan....love 'em...used the entire can and had to get another one!
I found some at Target. I haven't even had a chance to play with them yet, but I know I have them atleast!! Oh, and they were $6.99 plus tax, of course.
I just bought a bunch at creativexpress.com. Sets of 3 milk jars with 3 months of the year were $15. I got 2 sets, April thru Sept and all 6 kinds of flowers were unique and beautiful! I also got one tall milk jug for $7 with pink, green and white. Great selection there and took a week for them to arrive. Packaged beautifully. They also have the cuttlebug dies and embossing folders well priced.
I've seen them at my Target as well. I bid on some from ebay, then felt bad when I noticed later that the seller also has lots of current SU! stuff. I was glad when I didn't win.
I bought branches of silk flowers in the floral department and just pulled the flowers off the branches and filled old spice jars with the flowers. I think they work just as well as the prima and a lot less $$. You can get a branch for .99 on sale and the flowers fill a spice jar. You could also fill baby food jars.
I have bought primas at joanns.com also, when they do the free shipping over $25. The other day I ordered the big cratefull with the 40% special. Today I got a rack from Jacksonbelle. I bought a bunch from some website when they were on sale, but the name is escaping me....I'll repost when (if :winK) I think of it!!
Primas are fabulous, and addictive, and add so much to cards. I cannot get enough of them!
In the bottles I've seen them priced anywhere from 5.99 to 11.99. I have gotten some from eBay because you can buy small amounts. I have a couple of bottles, but don't know how I will ever use a whole bottle of just a few colors by getting them on eBay in small quantities you can get a larger selection of flower types & colors.

This store has prima and bazzill flowers. I really prefer the daisy-type flower from bazzill (the bitty blossom). If you're looking for lots of different types of flowers, go with the prima bitty bag. It's great!
I am in Canada and am proposing a prima swap. some spots are almost full...
see my brand new blog for more info.... http://seasonedstamper.blogspot.com/
I have not seen them in any cfrat stores, (Michael's, Joann's or AC Moore) but get them at my LSS...or online...but texasjodylynn has the best deal going right now on her blog...http://confessionsofaribbonaddict.blogspot.com/

I can't join the share this time (we just got a new house), but if you do this again, I would be more than thrilled to joing up at that time. I'll keep an eye on your blog to see if you have another round of Prima shares.
A note about Prima flowers....I too am a total addict. Although I have all boys, I have found tons of use for them in my scrapbooking and of course in my card making and altering!!. I have found an interesting way to attach them and thought I'd share. I use mini glue dots on the backs AND the center of the front. Then you can add microbeads, gems, glitter etc to make the centers. The result is beautiful every time. I also like using Stickles in the centers too. Well, happy flowering to all!!
I use all sizes, but mainly the medium size and larger sizes. I do not usually add a glue dot center to the smaller ones, rather I will use a dot of stickles since they are so small. Hope that answers yuor question!! Would post some pictures, but the scanner is down, alas, I guess I will have to make a trip to town and get a new one!! Hee Hee
Where is the best place to buy these? Do they sell them in stores or just online? I would like totry some different colors and see what I would be using. It's kind of hard to tell online. I know I would like soft pastels, in at least two sizes. Any suggestions which ones I should look for?
