Default Pictures of Clear Stamp Storage

Hi All,

I have some clear stamps that I got from various sources and I was looking for good storge ideas. I heard cd cases were the best. But I cannot visualise it. Was wondering if anybody had pictures that they can share?

Thanks!
Banu

yeah -- look under "special collections" then "stampin spaces" -- then do a search for stamp storage or cling stamps or clear stamp storage etc.

It's kind of funny that you posted this. I was @ Michaels today, and I picked up an expandable photograph holder. I'm not sure if you'll understand what I mean, but inside it had about 20 separate compartments. It was a bit bigger than I'd say a 5x7 frame, and I said to my daughter - this would be great for storing clear stamps". It also had a silver closure button in the front and a handle, so you could carry it around.

Hope this helps!

Nichole Heady of Papertreyinc shows how she stores her CD's for her unmounted stamps in this blog post. Scroll way down...nearly the last photo.

And here's a link to her blog post showing how to store your clear stamps in the CD cases:

For acrylic stamps i use half of a sheet of 8 x 11 chipboard and i put acetate on top and then store them in rubbermaid containers which holds 100+ sets. I love it. Then on the back the chipboard i have a sheet that shows what it is so they are easy to flip thru

I store mine in clear CD cases - I bought a case of 200 for like $40, but I can;t remember from where. I also discovered clear DVD cases through these forums, and use those for larger sets. I have finally taken the plunge and I'm unmounting my SU sets and storing in the CD cases now too. I recently bought a Benno CD tower from Ikea that matches the Billy bookcase I bought from there, and store my cd cases on that. Now I just need a few more of the Benno towers....

my gallery has pics of my space. One of the pictures is a wire bin with CD's in it.

My stamps are everywhere. LOL The little $1 acrylic stamps from M's and ACM are in baseball card sleeves in a 3 ring binder. My good CTMH acrylix are in 2 of the CTMH storage containers for them. And I just started getting SU stamps but I'm putting them in CD cases. I think I'll move my TAC stamps to the CD cases as well... (they're in some type of portfolio thing that has plasticky pages for them to cling onto)... We'll see... I'm always looking for great ideas.

Here's the updated way of Papertrey stamps storage (with label!)
http://nicholeheady.typepad.com/capt...troducing.html
You could stamp the stamp on the front (in lieu of a label)
