I brought mine from HL. They are displayed with the rhinestones. They cost about $5.99 each but I used a 40% off coupon. Happy shopping!

To the tool-challenged person who hasn't figured out how to switch out the flat end to the pointy end, I think you just unscrew it and flip and screw it back in. I know I tried it once, but after discovering the magic of the flat tip, I left it like that.
Of course it'd be that easy. That's my life. I've fiddled with that thing all day yesterday trying to pull it off.

I think I need more sleep.

I got it! It came off! I was trying to get it off too close to the flat end and not higher up.

I'm a blond. What can I say? Thanks!!

I had thought the Quickstick tool would be a waste of money, but I simply use this tool for practically every card!

Recently I found the Quickstick tool at a LSS and had to have it. It is wonderful for gem stones and unadhesive pearls. So glad I finally gound what everyone was talking about.

I successfully used my QuickStick for the 1st time today. I had tried it before, but couldn't seem to get it to work. When I pulled the cap off today, a lot of the sticky stuff had oozed out into the cap. Anyone know how to keep that from happening? Plus does anyone know if you can refill these things?

At any rate, I took an orange stick, pulled the gooey mess out of the cap - when the goo stayed on the stick, I used that also to pick up bling. When I finished my card, I pulled the goo off the orange stick, put in back into the lid, and screwed the lid back on the QuickStik. A couple of hours later, working on another card, I did the exact same thing. The goo still seems to be oozing into the lid. Anyone got any ideas?

Art Institute Glitter makes a product called Sticky Sticks. The package includes 15 plastic sticks (kind of like a Q-tip) that have wax on the tips to allow you to pick up small objects. I've had a package of these for years and had forgotten all about them -- thanks for reminding me of how indispensable items like this can be!

Another QuickStik lover here. It was one of those tools that I thought... really, do I need that and once I bought it - can't do bling or small paper positioning without it. One of those buys that was well worth the money!!!

The same thing happens on mine. I've found that I have to keep the goo end loose. So instead of tightening it, I keep it loose and then the goo doesn't ooze as much. I think it says something on the product about tightening to release more goo, but it isn't very clear. And it's annoying to have a wiggly tip when you go to use it.

I'm on the lookout for the Embellie Gellie or I might order the Art Glitter sticks on my next order. I've used wall putty with a cuticle stick and that works, but it depends on the weather - doesn't always pick up and release well in my climate.

ScraPerfect - do you have a list of store locations where Embellie Gellie is sold?

Boy can I relate...I had the "sticky stuff" ooze out of the cap also!! and I wasn't sure IF I could or how ? to refill the thing. I DO like how it works..just wasn't sure if I needed to buy an extra, or if it COULD be refilled....

I came up with my own little tool...I took my paper poker and on the pointy end, I placed a glue dot that I rolled into a little ball..works perfectly!! and when it looses it's stickiness, just pull if off and replace with another glue dot..

Hope this helps someone who might not be able to find the QuikStik ...

YEs- I found the quickstick to be stringy in the summer and too hard in the winter. It also leaves little marks/residue on the gems and plastic embellies. I also find it hard to pick up chunky stuff--I have to ooze out the stuff and then I end up pulling it off to throw away and using too much up.
