Good experience here - I bought during the Labor Day sale and the stuff still shipped quickly and shipping charges to the UK were fine, I'd happily buy there again.

Lindsey is the best! Before she carried the Birds Galore in her store "officially" (because I think that Archivers carried exclusive rights to it for a little while), Lindsey was kind enough to go to Archivers, purchase a set and sell it to me. Now if that's not good customer service, I don't know what it is.
