Red face no infomercials on crafting??

Ever notice: since Cricut/Provo Craft dropped their forum web site, there aren't any TV advertisements for any die cutting machines? I used to love to watch the Cricut commercials and the Slice 30-minute infomercial and even taped them onto a VCR tape. They gave me inspiration, and it was something I really enjoyed watching. If I was really bored, I'd just put them in the VCR and watch them over and over... sad...

I cant say I ever saw those...but the home shopping network etc will have tons of craft things. Maybe that is what happened-they shifted over to that?

What a coincidence! I was just wondering the same thing a few days ago, and I found the original Cricut commercials on YouTube. LOL!

I was thinking about this the other day. That instead of informercials we have influencers. I miss those days too.

I think most companies now do their "commercials" on YouTube. They have release parties for all their new stuff as well as how-to videos to inspire you. (Inspire you to buy more stuff! ).

And in case you're wondering, I absolutely don't spend hours and hours every week watching these videos.

Nope. Nor do I. Not at all. (Okay, I couldn't even type that with a straight face!)
