Default new big shot --handle trouble
I just got a new big shot, and I'm having trouble getting the handle attached. I think maybe the wrench that came with it is not quite fitting right....I can't seem to get the handle screwed in tight enough to get the roller to work. Has anyone else had this trouble, or do you know what else I'm doing wrong???

--eager to get going....
