Default Need Cuttlebug Help

Just tried to make flowers to do some of the paper clippies - got out my trustly little instruction booklet and layered everything like the picture showed - however, I heard a "crack" sound and when all the layers came out - I had the perfect image of the flower on my glass layer - it came clear through - What in the world happened? I carefully looked at the instructions again and I had everything layered correctly - this was using cardstock - not scrapbook paper - has anyone else had this problem?

Kathy, the imprint on your plexi-glass is normal. You're not doing anything wrong. You want to be sure to try and place your die in different locations every once in while so that the images are spread over the plate and not just in one spot. And rotate the plates once in while, too. Now go have fun!

Something you might want to remember when using your cuttlebug is make sure your dies are sandwhiched together evenly.

If not then you will hear that cracking noise.
And possiblity of breaking your Acrylic Pads.
Just make sure everything is straight, and thing should work out much better.
