My Great Ikea Find (or "A New Way to Organize Punches)
I have been trying to find a way to organize my punches for a long time. I found these racks at Ikea. The name of them is Utsaga. They were in the kitchen section and were part of a whole rack system you could buy seperate pieces to. I think these were towel holders (but I am not sure). Anyways, I am super excited because now my punches are displayed so pretty on the wall and I might actually use them  because they are so easy to get to. Previously, I had them in a bin under my desk. Anyways, just thought I would share my great find for anyone looking for a fab way to store and display your punches.
The were only $6.00 each. I was so excited with how inexpensive they were. I am going to go back and get 2 more. I only had enough room for about 1/2 my punches. Now I want to put them all up on the wall.
Wow Kimbers! You have a NiceRack! Oh wait, that is someone else on here  Bwahahahahaeaux!!!
OMG!!! that's too funny!
The punches brought oohs and ahhs all the way down here! My little girls 10 & 5 said "ohhhhh mom" you need one of those. Dh in the back yelling (in a fun way) "mommy doesn't need anything else" ---Oh yes mommy does.  She needs an IKEA (I don't think we even have one in NM)
What a kewl inexpensive way to organize and display. Kudos to you!

Oh I'm in luck here! We have an IKEA not too far away, this is SUCH a great idea, thanks for sharing it and posting a pic! My punches are currently just falling all over each other on a shelf, but this is so much better.
i have mine on a curtain rod displayed like that so they are easy to see...I dont have ikea here bummer seems like a lot of cool things come from there
BooHoo, no ikea close for me. I really wouldn't mind a road trip, but I'm afraid once I got their, I'd never have enough money to get all the COOL things they have, I haven't been to an IKEA in over 6 years!!! I really wish their online catalog had more to purchase also.

I think these are awesome but don't have any wall space. Do you think these would mount to the face of metal shelving units? I think the shelves have ~2 inch "faces". ???
I am looking on the Ikea website and I found something that looks like what you have, but it is called a roll holder? There are three racks and they are like 12 and a half inches long. Yours look longer? Do you think it is the same thing? It was only $4.99 online. There was one more item under Utsaga but it wasn't what you had. Thanks!
I can try to answer on Kimbers behalf. I was with her when she picked out these awesome lil things. I don't think she has signed on yet this morning.
what is your question and I will do my best to answer!

Unfortunately it is not sold in the catty. :(
I think Kimber should go buy like 1000 of them and sell em! ;)

Shanon is right, they do not sell them in the catty or online. I looked at the info that came with them a little better last night so I could explain them better. The Utsaga system is a wrought iron kitchen system that has pot holder, hooks for utensils, spice racks etc. that all can hang on the rail and then you mount it on the wall. The rail is the part that I used. It is 301/2 inches long (and comes in another shorter size also) and is basically 2 parellel wrought iron bars welded together with a place at the top of the bar in the back to hang on the wall. The back bar is flush against the wall and there is enough space between the back bar and the front bar to hang the punches in between. HTH.
