Default Michaels - ribbon on sale

hi everyone,

Michaels has the best spring ribbon on sale this week ... it's their Dashes, Dots & CHecks brand ... 2 / $3.00. Today I went and picked up 12 rolls ... check them out ... i'm attaching a pic. My favorite is the blue w/celery and white paisley.

Simmy :-)

I think I read on another thread that they're normally $2 per roll, 2 yards each.

Some are 3 yards, some are 4 yards, and some are 5 yards. The thicker ribbons are 3 yards. The kind with the little polka dots and the stitching on the side are 5 yards, and the patterns are 4 yards.

They were normally 1.99 a roll ... so even though we're only saving .49 a roll, it's still something!!!

I was just there tonight, but the ribbon was still marked $1.99 and I still can't find the velvet ribbon. It sounds great, and I want some to go with my new paper! Maybe I can check later this week.

Thanks for the info! I will actually be in a town that HAS an M's this Friday/Saturday, so I am making a list (and checking it twice... thrice...)

Just got 9 rolls myself tonight. It's great ribbon and I'm a ribbonoholic so couldn't resist the new ribbons on sale.

Okay, I was sooo "enabled" thanks to this thread! I bought 12 rolls of the M's sale ribbon and rescued 3 more rolls from the $1 bins. I think all together I got about 30 rolls when I was in Denver this weekend at all the various stores I was able to hit while there!

Thank you so much for the heads up!
