These are GREAT questions! Unfortunately; I don't own either of these new colors, but I'm sure someone will pop in soon with some advice.

I saved Taken with Teal and I think it is much more turquoise and brighter than Pretty Peacock, which I think is darker and greener. I did not save Tempting Turquoise or Brocade Blue to stamp comparisons.

I stamped both colors then found the cardstock. Tempting Turquoise is a tiny bit darker than Tahitian Tide, but not too much. It looks like they would play well together for a mat.
I use Tempting Turquoise and Brocade Blue as substitutes. They are slightly different but the differences are more noticeable with the card stock than the ink. I know SU!’s selling point is the matching of colors across products but I’m a “close enough” girl.

Lisa gave you a great comparison for Tempting Turquoise and Tahitian Tide. They are almost the same hue, are equally saturated color and Tempting Turquoise has just a smidge more black to tone the color down.
Boho Blue and Brocade Blue are almost exactly the same. Brocade just a smidge darker.
Taken with Teal and Pretty Peacock are way different. Teal is much clearer color and Peacock is very dark. If I had to put three colors next to each other that are equally dark, I would put Peacock in between Tranquil Tide (greener) and Not Quite Navy (bluer).
My Tempting Turquoise pad is now tearing in the middle - from too much use. I was wondering what to replace it with too... and I'll try the Tahitian Tide. I did look at the SU charts which are incredible, but I didn't see how to 'replace' older ink pads with the newer colors. Too bad Stampin Up doesn't print charts with this info for us 'older' stampers... LOL
