There are times when digital cameras are great, lol....this might be one! Seriously, check your photo editing software. Many have a feature that allows you to "seam" two images together. In other words, you'd scan the left side of the LO in one image, then the other side in the 2nd. There's a way to overlay the two together and "seam" them exactly.

Sound like a lot of complicated work? Like I said...sometimes the camera's a better way to go...

I have a pretty decent scanner, but it will only take 8-1/2 x 11 pages.

I take my scrapbook pages to Kinkos, and make self-service color copies reduced to about 65%. They will fit on 8-1/2 x 11 paper, and then I can run them through my scanner just fine to upload to my gallery. You don't need to copy them on photo paper for this purpose, just regular copy paper works great.

The self-service color copies are 69 cents each, but then I have an extra set of all my scrapbook pages that I put in a smaller album for my grandchildren, who can't be trusted with a "real" scrapbook page with photos, lol.

Yes, they make 12 x 12 scanners, but I think they are pretty pricey - about $500 to $600.

My scanner scans 8 1/2 x 12 so I scan the left side then the right side and the scanner came with softwear that makes it super easy to stich the 2 sides together.

Do you have a digital camera? If so you could just take a picture of it and upload it that way...DC's are GREAT I love mine! I can take pictures and almost immediately share them here on SCS! And I do...a lot! Otherwise I would do what Buggainok said about taking them to kinkos...
