Fiskars Customer Service
I wanted to put this out there in case anyone else has had this problem. I bought a Fiskars 12-Inch Surecut Deluxe Paper Trimmer about 6 months ago. It was the absolute best trimmer ever. A couple of weeks back, while I was cutting, the blade somehow came into contact with the wire guide and ruined it. I emailed Fiskars and they sent out a brand new replacement part, no charge, no shipping fee....completely free! So happy that I can get back to the stack of items that need trimming.
