Who has one and how do you like it? Whats the difference between the pink and blue one? I have the pink bind it all and love it so far. Just thought the dream cuts might be nice to have making cards with????
I have the blue Dream Cuts and I Love it. It comes in so handy when you are doing a lot of cutting for swaps or workshops. When I get new packages of paper from SU I cut half ot them for card fronts and the rest in half for card bases. I bring it when I go to crops so that others can use it. It is always a big hit.
I bought mine on Monday and it doesn't cut the pieces in halves. One side is ALWAYS larger. I have contacted them, and so far, I'm not happy with their level of customer service. I phoned them, they told me I needed to email them.. I think that is odd. I'll give them a couple more days, then it's going back and I'll be $80 richer!
sounds like what I need then. Make cards for our Military and some have a hard time cutting the cardstock and maybe I could cut everything much faster for them or they could do with ease???

I just pulled mine out (the blue one) and was very glad I had it! I used it for a 50 card front swap. I hadn't used it in a while (recently moved) and was thinking of selling it but now I will definitely keep it. I think it's great for those who make 'batches' of cards for swaps and/or workshops and/or classes.
I use mine for cutting cardstock in half to make card bases. I love it. It takes the guess work out of having to measure and maybe it will be in half and maybe it won't.
I have one and LOVE it! There are two different cutting areas on it. The front is for 12 X 12 paper, and it will cut it in THIRDS, so it's great for 4" card fronts. the back is for any other size and it has moving rulers that will cut whatever you have in HALF. This part is awesome for doing card bases, you just slide the rulers to whatever measurement you want in the end and cut it. No measuring each time, it's so easy! Just thought I'd throw my two cents in. It's an awesome machine and so easy to use. Hope this helps!

I guess I was right a year ago - I need this item! Never even thought to use it to cut card bases. I thought I'd only use it when using the BIA. Guess I'll take it out of the closet and let it see daylight---
Thanks for asking your question, now I'll 'use' my Dream Kuts.
I have a Dream Cut and have had it for quite some time. The Dream Cut is one of the tools that I never regretted purchasing. It stays out on my counter and I use it all the time. I do not know of a competitive prduct, but that might be because I am happy with what I have, so I never thought about something different. I take that back~~I have the blue one and I have thought about getting the pink one. But that's because my scraproom is pink and it would match so nicely--lol.
This looks like one of those "Gotta Have Its". (Yeah, like I need more tools). Does anyone know where to get one? I have searched and searched and can't find a place on the net that sells them.
Thanks, and a wonderful, wonderful Christmas to All!
I have had mine for about 2 years, amazed that it still cuts crisp and perfect cuts each time. My only problem is lack of counter space so that means getting it out of the closet to use, make room etc.... I need more space LoL
Love the product, very satisfied.
I have a pink dreamkuts and I couldn't wait to get it. The blades are self sharpening. So, they should not go dull. If so, I would just send it back for repair or replacement. I use it primarily to cut card bases. HOWEVER...there is a tendency for the paper to come out crooked. The trick, it seems, is to apply gentle pressure on the top of the paper. I got my dream machine off of eBay at much lesser price.
