webster pages paper lines are my favorite: Winter Fairy Tales
they make for such a darling card, with a cute pattern already on the paper to create a much simplier card.

Be sure to check out Stampin' Up! Their paper quality and selection is one of the reasons I became a SU demo (wanted that discount! lol). When you buy a pack, you get 4-6 different patterns/designs that coordinate color-wise with each other, and you can easily buy solid card stock, ribbons (all different styles in just about every color they sell) ink, ink pads and markers too! Private message me if you want me to send you a swatch of any of the patterns you see.

Usually any site that sells collections of patterned papers will have them available individually: Scrapbook.com, Two Peas in a Bucket, A Cherry on Top, just to name a few. I don't think SU sells them individually.
When you see them, you'll want more than 2 sheets of each 12x12 double-sided pages ~ just beautiful color combos and designs. I use all different brands, but when I want everything to color coordinate (ink, ribbon, brads, etc) SU takes all the guessing out. Many demonstrators offer "paper shares".
