I have one...I really don't use it that much...it works great, don't get me wrong...I guess I just don't use tags all that much...it was given to me as a gift...I find that I always cut the paper to go inside the tag too small! I did notice however, that Michaels is now selling the rims in colors...metallic colors...very cool...I might need to start using it more!

I have one, hardly use it. Honestly, you could just buy the tags and smoosh the rims yourself, without that huge tool. The rims are really soft.

Have it use it at times, like Novell said your really wouldn't need the actual tool. I always like the outcome when I do use the tags though, HTH!!!!

I received one for my birthday in January and I haven't used it once!! I can think of a lot of things I'd rather have.

Don't buy the whole set. Just get the rims, cut out your paper, put it inside the rim, and mash the edges down with a butter knife. Works great!

I think you should be able to set this with the Cuttlebug too. (I did this with the Wizard.)

From the bottom to the top:
  1. Plate A
  2. Plate B
  3. Rim (flat side down)
  4. Paper in Rim
  5. Mousepad
  6. Plate B

Okay.. Here's a revised sandwich:

Bottom to Top
  1. Plate A
  2. Plate B
  3. Rim (front side down)
  4. Paper in Rim
  5. Plate C
I just tried the two sandwiches out with a couple of tag rims I had on hand and this one worked the best. The previous sandwich squished the metal rim, but it got all kitty-wonker because of the soft layer above it.
