Default Distressed Ink Pads - Use Of

O.K. Have seen lots of you mention Ranger Distressed Ink Pads in your card descriptions so I bought two. NOW, help me use them. Do you swipe them over cardstock or just stamp with them or what. I bought walnut and denim thinking they would make great distressed backgrounds but if I stamp with them I get squares on my cardstock. What does everybody do with these?

Check out Tim Holtz's website:
http://www.timholtz.typepad.com/

He does a fantastic job of explaining/showing how his products can be used. Until I found his site, I really had no idea all the ways his stuff can be used.

Of course, there is the very real danger that you will find you "need" more Ranger Products.... you have been warned
