Default copic marker classes

I want to take a Copic marker class and I don't know if any are offered anywhere near Harrisburg, PA..

Has anyone bought any of these and played with them? I just ordered several from Icopic.com and am excited to receive them.

I have purchased several Magnolia stamps..which is where I learned about copic markers. I bought the Ciao ones.

Um, yes, a *few* SCS members have bought and played with Copics. ;)

This Copic Chatter thread has nearly 2,700 posts: Forums at Splitcoaststampers

Information on the Copic Certification classes is here: http://www.copicmarker.com/certification.html
Unfortunately, the link for upcoming classes is not currently loading from that page. Marianne Walker's email is on that page, and you can contact her for more info. If you can manage to take one of her classes, I've heard she is absolutely the best.

Take the Everything Copic class on www.mycreativeclassroom.com. They will open again in the Fall, so sign up for the newsletter now.

I took it in April. Believe me, you learn a LOT! I am completely computer challenged but I did this class. If you can get on SCS and post, write and receive your emails, you have NOTHIng to worry about, if you are concerned about it being a class taught over the computer.

You have materials to print out, videos to watch and tons of interaction with the teacher and other students. The teacher is the greatest and she is copic certified.

Believe me, you will be extremely happy with this class!

PM me if you have any questions

Awwwww, Thank you SO much for the great feedback on my class! You just made my day.

To the OP... We are working on our Fall courses right now at My Creative Classroom... I know I will be offering the Copic class twice... the first one will start on Sept. 14... I believe we will be starting enrollment at the end of August or the 1st of September. Let me know if you would like more info.

Hugs!

Hi Colleen!

It's me, the former "Miss Overblender!"

The class was GREAT and I learned so much! I have recommended your class to so many people now that I am sure your classes will be filled!:-D No one can go wrong by taking your class. It was a FANTASTIC experience and I have made several friends. We are continuing to practice and email one another about our samples and our progress.:-D

I went to the classroom site but the font was teeny tiny and unreadable. wahhhhhhhh

It was impossible to read, needless to say I did not see any information on the Copic class.

They are not offering any classes until the Fall.

Try to sign up for the Newsletter that will mean you will get notification of the new schedule of classes.

I've taken Marianne's class and found it enormously helpful. Also, take a look at the Flourishes Newsletter from this week and last week - here -\

We're doing a series of copic tutorials to help everyone use these great makers!

Look out for the beginning of an addiction!!! Not only are those little Magnolia faces too cute to resist, but I started with "just the Ciao's" thinking they would be all I needed...ha ha ha. Don't ask me how many Sketch markers I've now added to my collection. It's just like when you were a kid and needed the bigger box of crayons!!! I look at all my stamps differently now.... I love my markers!!!! Welcome to the world of Copic. There are a lot of blogs with tutorials that show great techniques which really helped me as well, and Marianne Walker's blog has tons of tips, very valuable. Have fun and play a lot!!!!

Stamp Express in Lemoyne now has classes. Jackie and I both took the certification class in March and started the classes in June. They also now carry the sketch markers.

There is another class the end of July and one scheduled in August also. Jackie offers day classes which she teaches, and I teach the night classes.

I have a link to the store and info about the classes on my blog - http://www.bmbarton.blogspot.com/

I know there are some Copic classes this week at One Little Spark in Tuckerton, New Jersey! Probably a bit of a drive for you, but worth it.

I'll be teaching a Copic 101 class tomorrow at Stampin' EJs in Orange County, CA and another Copic class at the same store on Saturday. (info on my blog)
