Not all acrylic stamps are the same. I have some that work beautifully with AP ink, others hate every ink bar versafine even after they've been keyed with a rubber/sandpaper.
All you can do really is try it out- as suplayingwithpaper said, all stamps are different. Generally, people seem to recommend chalk inks with clear stamps, but again, everyone has different ideas.
