I bought a ton of them at staples, they had them marked down to 90 cents so I bought all they had. They are a little taller than what you are probably looking for.

I got mine at staples for 90 cents and 50 cents awhile ago when someone posted that they were clearancing them out. I noticed that they had more in again (not on sale). I didn't notice the price though since I bought up enough on clearance to last me a long time. If you need them right away, you could check them out.
I got mine from paperwishes.com - they also have the gallon size. I made Halloween buckets with the gallon size and plan on usng the quart size for christmas! I LOVE pails!
the container store carries them...they are different shaped than an avg. paint can. They are taller and more narrow with different colored metallic tops
