Default Circle Scissor Plus

I just bought the circle scissor plus by cutter bee and the matching glass mat, I am having a really hard time using this tool, does anyone have any tips on this cutter? I can't seem to get the hang of it at all, my circles don't line up and I find it IMPOSSIbLE to cut out something that I have already stamped. I would really appreciate any feed back at all. TIA

I was coming on here to ask a similar question. Thank you for that tutorial! I have the older version of the circle cutter. Do you find that if you cut a few circles out of the same piece of paper, the paper moves around too much? That's the problem that I was having and I was wasting so much paper!

I like to use removable dotto to hold my paper in place and then I don't have any trouble. as well, make sure you use a glass cutting mat.
