CD/Jewel Cases

Does anybody know a place to get the CD/Jewel cases at a good price? I'm looking to buy 100-200 with a friend to do a couple craft projects. We are looking for the best price and somewhere that will ship them fairly quick. I've always gotten very good advice on here,so I am asking for help once again.

Have you tried Wal-Mart? They usually have them fairly inexpensively!

allthatscraps.com sells them for around .60 a piece. You might also want to check uline.com as they sell these kinds of items also.

If you are going to be covering them etc and they don't need to be brand new
you might get lucky and find somebody giving them away...I have been lucky in the past to find these being given away on a site like craigslist...I have also seen new cd cases for sale (cheap) on the same site.

I have only used them to store acrylic stamp sets, so the condition didn't necessarily have to be perfect !

I just looked there and I did not see any that are without the tray. Maybe I am just missing them. Is there a number for them?:confused:

What Jeri said. www.rima.com is the best place to get them, if you want 200 of them.

When I ordered some, the number was 6220. When I do a search for that number, it does not come up. Weird. Maybe they are out of stock?

YIKES!!!!! I haven't ordered from them for awhile....what will I do if they quit carrying them??? Sorry for the bum steer.

I have also ordered from Rima but I checked and the ones I ordered are not showing up. I got some at Big Lots for $2.49 for 10. They do have the insert that you have to remove. I know office max has sales sometimes 100 pack of the clear ones for 19.99

I have found quite a few at Goodwill and other thrift stores from time to time....then I posted a request on freecycle.org and got over 300!!

another vote for www.rima.com. My sis and I always order the 200 for very cheap and split them. I like that I get them without the insert in the middle.

I just went to Office Depot and bought a package of 50 for $29.99. They have packages of 100 also, and probably for a more economic price. Their packages of 12 are $20. Sooooo, I figured that the 50-pack was a fairly nice deal.
