Carpe Diem shipping

HI. I placed an order on 2/17 for copic markers on Carpe Diems web site. The order still says pending. I wanted to find out from someone that has ordered from them how long does it usually take for them to ship out the order. I emailed them to find out and have not gotten as answer yet. I don't know what it means when it says pending. Are they picking it out,are they on back order? Just want to find out so I am not sitting on the edge of my seat waiting eveyday for them. TIA!!!

I have purchased all of my copics from carpe diem and they usually only took 2 days maximum to ship it out (most times, it was the very next day). they only ship FedEx, however, so maybe it's a problem on FedEx's end? I hope they ship your goodies out soon!

I just bought from the 2 weeks ago - 1st time. It shipped the same day.

I have placed several orders with them, and all the time they either shipped the same day (if I placed my order early), or the next working day.

Thanks for your replies. I was getting alittle worried since I did not get a reply from them about when it will ship. I just checked on the order and it has been changed to complete. Now hopefully it shipped out today too. Does FedEx work on the weekends? I hope so!!!

My orders have shipped out the same day also. I just ordered again this week and it was shipped right out and due to arrive Monday. Hope your order gets there soon!

I placed an order on the 16th, they shipped on the 17th. I just checked the tracking code and they're still in transit. If all goes well they should get here Monday. It's Fed Ex that's slow. I was VERY impressed with Carpe Diem.
