oh my garsh, i am sure you guys will wish i never found this site!
i am new to the bsp. i just received a mover and shapers envelope die and the su matchbox die. i follow the sandwich, with the crease pad being the very top and yet, it still cuts thru some of the score lines. i was using 80 pound paper so thats pretty heavy. the thing is is that i thought it wasnt even going to cut it out because it rolled thru so easy.
I haven't had that problem with my BSP....are you using any kind of shim? (Some of the crease pads come with silver mylar shims). If you are, try removing the shims.....it sounds like the sandwich is putting too much pressure on the score lines and they are cutting through.
i will have to see if the long die will fit sideways. i am only using the standard adapter pad that you use with everything, then one cutting pad, die, cardstock and crease pad. usually with this machine there are a gamillion layers. i thought sure this sandwich wouldnt even cut.
i'll give this a try and let you know. i just havent had enough coffee yet!

Long ones probably won't work. The ones I do it with are square. Hopefully, someone help you.
ok, if i follow their sandwich suggestions, i cannot cut and score card stock, too many of the score lines cut. but i can do it with reg. old paper. which i thought would be cut into a zillion pieces.
if i use the standard platform, 4 mylar shims, adapter platform for thin dies, die, cardstock, crease pad and a piece of cereal box. then it works right.
does that seem like a lot of monkeying around? it does to me.
