I purchased my Big Bite thru HSN when the launched it as a Today's Special. When I last visited the site, they had it in stock. I haven"t used mine very much since I purchased it...more so because I just haven't had time, but the few times that I was able to sit for a minute and try it out brought with it a few concerns. Somewhere on this site by using the search engine and typing Big bite, you can get other pros and cons on this item. My first try at using it was a little awkward. It's pretty big! There was a tiny piece of metal in the hole opening, but with a bit of force, the metal popped out. I had problems trying to figure out the correct way to place the eyelets, but eventually I figured out, well I figured out what worked for me. I won't say that it was out of sink, just took me a bit to as I said figure it out, but beyond the initial mental block, so far no real problem with the tool. I'm in Huntsville by the way, so we may possibly know one another. I'm in Joann Weimer's group of Demos. Just checked and the item is showing up when I search for it on HSN.
