Default anyone else frustrated with their Vagabond?

I'm almost embarrassed to say anything because I have never read anything negative about the Vagabond, but I am having all kinds of problems with it "stalling" when I try to feed my sandwich through. If fiddle around with it I can maybe get it to work going one way but not the other. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......................

Contact Sizzix and ask for advise. I got one of the first ones out several years ago, it stopped working within weeks. They replaced it for me. I have since had good customer service.

I would call them also. I adore mine and don't have any stalling issues with mine. Is yours new? If so, I am sure a warranty would cover any problems like that. Once you get those issues fixed, you will love yours.

I believe that you can get a 'key' from them which tells you the correct sandwich thickness for any particular die/folder. Maybe the sandwich is a little thick? I agree with the others- contacy Sizzix, their customer service is always being praised. And don't be embarrassed complaining about a Vagabond- the huge number of people who have had Vagabonds suddenly die on them is quite scary!
