Are you talking 10 inch diameter or 10 inch circumferance? If it's 10 inch diameter, that's pretty big. 10 inch circumference, you might be able to use one of the systems like Creative Memories or one of the other circle cutters.
I'd go to Michael's and look around - you may find something big enough. Good Luck.
Not sure if your local craft store has a machine they loan out or let you use in store. Call around and ask. If so, you could use the Cricut expression and the George and Basic Shapes cartridge. Good luck

I have seen accucut dies with multiple circles for cutting quantities, check your local scrapbook store.Their accucut machine will cut multiple layers of cardstock. Good luck! Nana Janet
I'm thinking that 10cm is around 4 inches? The round Nestabilites have one very close to that size. Also a lot of stamp or scrapbooking stores will let you use their die cut machines for a certain fee per hour.

I also agree with using your Cricut. Not sure why you think you can't...? A 10 cm circumfrence circle is just a hair under 4 inches... that would fit perfectly on the regular Cricut. You'll only be able to cut 2 at a time, but still - it's basically hands-free!
