Default Stand up cards

I am trying to find a template or instructions on how to make a card that has one high sided fold and a few folded sides of different heights on the one card. I don't know what everyone calls it. But if anyone can help it would be much apreciated. Sorry it is so vague, but thats the only info I have. hugs Shelley:confused:

I want looking for the stand-up card... so that the card front stands and the back (that folds up behind it to support and keep it up (this one wasn't the one I have been searching for).
