Default Wizard Sandwich for Cuttlebug folders & Nesties embossing

Has anyone found the right sandwich for using a Cuttlebug folder and Nestie when you want to leave part of the CS "unembossed"? I've tried two different weights of cardboard and neither worked and putting them together wouldn't go through my Wizard. I love this technique, but I can't get it to work.

I think I have figured this out, with help from TeeGeeDee and the link to the Spellbinders Videos. By using the blue plate in place of one of the white ones, and three + layers of cardboard and CS, I've made it work. This is the greatest place for problem solving!

I bought the $1 frame from Michael's, but it wouldn't go through my Wizard. I finally ended up cutting an oval from 2 pieces of cardboard and using those on top to get it to work. It depends on how thick the cardboard is. My sandwich (from the bottom) was embossing plate, embossing folder, 2 pieces of cardboard and the blue charm mat on the top.

That's basically what I got to work, as well. Thanks.
