Default Uploading cards to fit screen

I am having a hard time figuring out how to upload pictures to be the right size. Once they get here they are so dinky, noone can really see them. If someone could help I'd appreciate it. I tried to resize on my computer and I must be doing something wrong.

I use the 'Adobe photoshop elements 2.0' program.

The first thing I do is Crop the photo to the card size using the crop tool.

Then I Resize the image using the pixel dimensions( so that the dimensions are at or less than the 640 X 480 that SCS prefers)

and then save the photo at about 60% quality.

I do not resize using the Document Dimensions-the dimensions(in inches) automatically change when you adjust the pixel dimensions.

This is really pretty easy to do -if you have this program and need more help -just let me know.

There are quite a few other "tricks" the program does to enhance your photo(lighting, color, etc.... ) of course you just have to know where to look for these commands.
