Default template for a mans tool caddy

can anyone point me in the right direction to find a template similar to what a mans tool caddy looks like. i would like to put a small card in with some chocolates. I have tried drafting one but cant get my measurements right.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a wonderful template site I saved. It's a great resource. There is a tool belt box template that might work:
