Default Stamping on switch plates??

Hi

I'm not sure if this topic has been covered to death...I tried to find light switchplates in the search but nothing pulled up. I was wondering how would I go about stamping on these and keeping the color on? Also what would you use to color it in? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!

I think you can stamp directly on it with stazon and color with sharpies. Im not too sure how craft ink does on plastic.
I have done nightlights where you emboss on tissue paper (the kind you wrap your presents with) color with pencils decophage it on the surface. I do not know how to post a link but if you go to my gallery you will see them. Hope this helps

I just did some using Toile Blossoms as a Christmas gift, wish I could have posted them to my gallery, but I am waiting on our new digital camera. I'll be making another one because I confused the amount of slots on them & need to re-do one. By that time I'll have the camera to post.

I stamped with Jet Black StazOn and used sharpies to color - no need to seal but you have to be careful with re-moistening the black with the sharpies - they will bleed.
