Awhile ago I heard about a technique for stamping images on photo paper. I have been saving scraps of my photo paper but have not yet tried the technique. I have had a hard time finding any threads (using search) on the subject and was hoping to get some advice! TFS!:-D
I use photo paper to create the polished stone effect.....I think it also would work for the fossil technique......DEpending--photo paper is sometimes less expensive than glossy card stock---I watch for sales at Staples and buy when it is buy one get one free.

I have stamped on photo paper, however, have found that it needs to be heat set. I like to use the embossing techiqui for that and it turns out really nice.
I like to stamp the image with Staz On. Sometimes the paper is so slick that you do not get a clean image. Practice first with scraps. Embossing or heating is great to set the image. Have fun!
I love using Brilliance ink pads and "photo" stamps with photo paper. It looks like real photos when I am done...and you don't need to heat set the ink!
