Retiform Technique

I have seen many examples using the retiform technique and would love to know how to do it. Can anyone help me? :?

Thanks for asking! The cards turned out great. My husband was quite impressed. I will definitely make more using this technique.

thanks for all of those sites. I finally was able to check them out and I am now going to try making some. It looks easy enough
