I've seen some cute Starbucks bottles in the galleries which look as if the original decals have been removed, but they defy my prying fingernails. I wanted to do some for Halloween but by the time I get the labels off they may be done for Christmas :-D Is there a product to remove them or do you just put them in boiling water or...? Please reply privately as I will probably never find this post again! Thanks!

I put them in super hot water and then it sorta melts the glue and they are much easier to peel off.
Also found out that along with finger nail polish remover or rubbing alchohol to take off the black ink (code numbers above the label) that Stazon cleaner works like a gem.
When I worked with Starbucks bottles, I peeled the label off (I must have had easy to remove labels) then used a Magic Eraser and scrubbed the adhesive and words off.
Where does one find "Un-Du"? I have never heard of it before. I have used Goo Gone before on paper labels and it eventually works but it takes a LOT of the stuff and I hate using up a whole bottle of Goo Gone to be able to repurpose two or three jars - kind of defeats the purpose of repurposing, LOL.
I agree with "UnDu" fans!! but it is a little pricey (at least where we live) and not sure how much it would take to nicely remove the entire label(s) ??
I'm gonna try the OxyClean suggestion next time....thanks for sharing that tip!!
