Question quilt card

I saw a quilt card done by texasjodylynn posted by jstarbright. can anyone advise me as how this was done. ::confused:

Hi, does anyone have directions for this other than those posted in the fan club? I really want to make one of these for my step mother's birthday (a quilter and a stamper) but I can't afford the fan club dues right now. TIA!

Is there any other place than the fan club where the quilt directions are posted? How do I access the fan club?

This is not the same pattern, but it's a similar technique called Iris Twist, and here's the link to the instructions in Resources: Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
