Default Question about templates

I don't know if this is the right place to post this question. I'm not so smart sometimes.
But I'm having some difficulty opening templates with my puter. I'm just an average little newby, I'm not signed up in the fan club or as a demo or anything like that. But do I need to be to access the templates? I do have Acrobat reader and Microsoft work, but I just can't get anything to open up. Am I doing something wrong on this end? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!

Try this:

1. right click on the icon that you are trying to open

2. left click on Save Target As...

3. The screen will go to your programs and you want to be sure it goes to Desktop and click Save

4. it will download and when Download is complete click CLOSE.

I think that should take care of it!!!
