Default Pocket card dimensions/instructions please

I really want to try a pocket card - can someone point me in the direction of instructions/size etc. please?

Here is the link for the pocket card tutorial from SCS....Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers. I know stampinboilermaker posted a link, but it wasn't working for me and I wasn't sure if you could see it! I tried a pocket card for the first time just a few days ago and it was so much fun!!

Thank you SO much Jeanne and Heidi for your links. I would love to play tomorrow but I'm running my monthly card group so will have to wait a while. I think a lot of people might be getting pocket cards from me this year LOL!
