Default Pencil Over Technique

I was browsing tonight when I saw a bunch of cards made with the "Pencil Over" technique. I love it, but I cannot find the instructions on how to do this technique.

I typed "pencil over" into the resources box, but for some reason I cannot find it.

Can someone help me find the instructions, or tell me how to do it?

Thank you so much!

Karen Barber calls it "Black Magic" and I love her examples:
