From what I've read before here is that you take the image and stamp it once then you take a piece of wax paper re-ink and stamp on the wax paper. Then you line it up underneath ink side down and rub.

Default Mirror Techniques

There is a rectangular stamp that is out there that is made for the mirror techniques. it has a picture of a cow on the front of it. I've seen them at Michael's and Hobby Lobby.:p

What is the mirror technique? Can anyone point me to a sample card using it? Thanks!

Found it- it's listed as a Reflection Technique:

I've wanted to try this for a while then forget about it. Maybe now's a good time.

Rubber Stampede is the company that makes the mirror image stamp. It's a smooth rectangular stamp. You stamp you image on cardstock, them ink your stamp again, I use a little lighter color or grey or bordering blue for water reflections, then stamp the mirror image stamp, line it up with your cardstock image and voila, a perfect replica of your cardstock image. Couldn't be easier. Mirror image also allows you to stamp facing images on cardstock too. Stamp is under $10. See Michelle Zindorf's blog. She uses the mirror image stamp superbly.
